2 oz. LPS Peated Bourbon
½ oz. Vermouth
½ oz. Orange Liqueur
5 drops Orange Bitters
Stir over ice.
Strain into rocks glass.
Garnish with a folded orange peel.
Jim and Ellen stopped in late one night to the Back Porch Restaurant in Charleroi, PA. They were tired and hungry. The bartender rushed out a cocktail that was restorative and made from our Peated! We now make that same cocktail in the tasting room and recommend the Back Porch for dinner regularly.
