This cocktail was developed by our bartender, Jon Harter. He loves our peated bourbon and he made it smokier for this one. We also discovered that Red Pump Spirits' Cherry Liqueur is the best choice for this. He nailed it. You can watch him make it on our Facebook page here.
Captain Harter
1 oz. Liberty Pole Spirits Peated Bourbon
1 oz. vermouth
1 oz. Cherry Liqueur
1 oz. blood orange juice
Smoke a coupe glass.
While smoking, combine ingredients and shake on ice.
Strain into the smoked coupe.
Garnish with a blood orange slice.
