As many of you know, we love using local ingredients in our cocktails, apple cider being one of our favorites.
After the huge success of the Ciderkin, developed using our rye whiskey, we wanted to play off that recipe for all of the bourbon lovers out there. The ginger and cinnamon in this drink blend nicely with the rich oak and buttery notes of our bourbon. Additionally, expanding the flavor profile of the original cocktail allowed us to pair the drink with a wider variety of entrees, such as pork and curried foods.
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz. Liberty Pole Spirits Bourbon Whiskey
2 oz. fresh local apple cider

Cinnamon Ginger Simple Syrup
1/2 cup water
