This recipe came from a bar in Colorado. One of our favorite customers brought it back to us after their ski trip because they couldn't wait to use our rye in the cocktail. They loved it.
Cranberry in the Rye
2 oz. Rye
1/2 oz. maple syrup
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1 tsp. Stonewall Kitchen Hot Pepper Cranberry jelly
Shake on ice vigorously.
Strain into rocks glass.
Add big cube.
Top with cranberry juice and give it a quick swirl to layer the color.
Garnish with dried cranberries.
