Hibiscus Sour
1-1/2 oz. Rye
1-1/2 oz. strong hibiscus tea
3/4 oz simple syrup*
1/8 oz aqua fava or 1 fresh egg white
4 drops spiced cherry bitters
2 drops orange bitters
Directions
Dry shake to create a foam.
Then shake on ice. Strain into Nick & Nora glass Add ice and maraschino cherry. Garnish with lemon twist.
Simple Syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
Boil until sugar dissolves and refrigerate until use.
