As one of the first cocktails ever served at Liberty Pole Spirits, the Old Manse Elixar holds a special place in our hearts. This refreshing drink is the perfect way to kick off summer.
Ingredients
1 oz. Corn Whiskey
1 oz. Bourbon Whiskey
1/3 oz. Green Chartruese
1/4 oz. Lemon Juice
4 one inch chunks of Fresh Seedless Watermelon
2 Mint Leaves
Place all ingredients in a shaker and add ice. Shake until the watermelon is broken up. Double strain into rocks glass and top with ice. Garnish with a fresh piece of mint.
