Smokey Chipotle
1-1/2 oz Peated Bourbon
1 oz chipotle simple*
1 oz cranberry juice
½ oz lime juice
Directions
Shake on ice.
Strain into Julep Glass
Garnish with lime
Chipotle Simple
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
4 oz dried chipotle peppers, broken into pieces (dried chipotles can be found in a bin of dried peppers at Las Palmas)
Boil to dissolve sugar. Add chipotles, soak for 2 hours, strain.
