What is awesome about this barrel: last year, we found a barrel of rye whiskey with some grape-notes to it. We bottled that barrel as “Grapes of Rye” for last year’s triple single barrel release. This barrel, Barrel #715, was distilled two months after “Grapes of Rye”, and has a white grape note that we love! It’s balanced with some mint and lemongrass to round out the palate. Clean and Crisp, like the first “Snowday” of the year, we are BIG fans of this barrel and are super proud for it to have made the triple single barrel lineup.
