It's Back!!! Our Spiced Whiskey was inspired at Thanksgiving Dinner several years ago when Mom made some Old Fashioneds with her homemade Allspice Dram. Those drinks were a huge hit so we sought out to bottle those flavors and the Spiced Whiskey was born!   As a cool aside and keeping with our roots, it was customary for the Whiskey Rebels in Western Pennsylvania to add spices to their whiskey during this time of year as a special treat. 
 
This is one of our most anticipated and favorite releases of the year!  To make this Spiced Whiskey, we take our aged Rye Whiskey and in it soak the perfect ratio of cinnamon, allspice, and orange peel.  After about a week of spicing, we balance the flavors with a touch of brown sugar.    Bottled at 81 proof this year, this Whiskey tastes incredible straight from the bottle, but it can also be enjoyed over ice, in apple cider, or in your favorite cocktail (like a whiskey sour)!
